Vikings Jolt Bloodhounds with Late Rally
It was a good time at The drakkar, where fans came to watch the Boise Bloodhounds and Victoria Vikings get after it.

The Boise Bloodhounds got a superb performance from designated hitter Dave Garza. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Victoria. The Vikings won the game, 7-6. In spite of the loss, Garza was named the player of the game. He hit 2 home runs. He drove in 4 runs and scored twice. The Vikings, now 7-2, have hit the ground running this season.

Will Otis, who was drafted in the two round of the 2030 draft, chipped in for Victoria with a 2-run single in the bottom of the ninth. For the game, the third baseman had 3 hits in 5 at-bats with 1 home run, 2 singles, 1 run scored, and 3 runs batted in.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said Boise manager Nick Brown. "But we decided not to take it."
