Monarchs Roll to 8-2 Win Over Enforcers
|
David Tapia left his imprint on the 8-2 Marysville win against the Atlantic City Enforcers. Tapia, who is tied for 10th in the ACL in stolen bases with 39, was 2-4 with a home run, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. Atlantic City's current losing streak has reached 7 games.
Tapia had an important at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the fourth, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Monarchs went on to win.
"I just try to see the ball and put a good swing on it," said Tapia.
