Bulldogs Come Back Late, Nip Spartans
The Sandy Springs Spartans got a sterling performance from right fielder Hirofumi Ishibashi, but the Bulldogs still prevailed, 14-13. Ishibashi was named the player of the game in a losing cause. He went 3-5 with a home run and a double. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. Tokuhei Yano got credit for the win, improving to 4-8. He allowed 3 runs on 3 hits in 1 innings. The Bulldogs bumped their record to 80-74 with this latest triumph.

Dan Dusin was the walk-off hero for Spokane. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Bulldogs pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring triple to send the teams home.
