The Phoenix Lights downed the Atlantic City Enforcers, 8-7, at Parliament Field. The Lights were led by Yoshinori Fujioka, who captured player of the game honors. He was 4-5 with 2 home runs and 2 singles. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice. Juan Salinas was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 38 of 42 save opportunities. The Enforcers, now 53-94, have lost 4 straight.

Fujioka had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 3rd in the top of the seventh inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Lights went on to win.

"It feels good to get this one," Fujioka told the Phoenix News.
