Rams Reel Off Another Win
|
Frisco beat Spokane on the strength of starter Barrett Lamb's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a 4-1 win. Callum Butler was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 18 of 20 save opportunities. The winning streak has now reached 6 games for Frisco.
Toshio Matsuzaki, who is tied for 6th in the ACL with a .493 slugging percentage, contributed to the Frisco win with a 3-run home run in the top of the third. For the game, the first baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 3 RBI.
"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Lamb said.
