Shamrocks Lose, 8-6, at Cowboys Stadium
Despite a great performance by Pacifica right fielder Yeow-whye Jing, the Carson City Mustang defeated the Shamrocks by the score of 8-6 at Cowboys Stadium. Jing went 3-4 with 2 doubles and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. The Mustang bumped their record to 70-67 with this latest triumph.

Vahe Kordonskaya's at-bat in the bottom of the fifth inning was a big one for Carson City. Coming to bat with no one out, the bases loaded and Carson City trailing 4-2, the first baseman hit a 2-run single.

"We cashed in when we had the chance," said Carson City manager Nobuharu Chikafuji.
