The San Antonio Storm Troopers grabbed a 11-5 win over the DeKalb Cornhuskers at The Corn Crib. San Antonio right fielder Ricardo Morales hit 2 home runs. He drove in 6 runs and scored twice to earn player of the game honors. The win was Sean Cassetty's in relief. His record improves to 2-2. Masuhiro Miyazaki took the loss for DeKalb. En-guo Guan earned his 3rd save in 7 chances.

Morales had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the second inning, when he hit a grand slam. The Storm Troopers went on to win.

"The boys came out and just played their butts off," said San Antonio manager Thom Long.
