Blazers Bang Out 7-3 Win Versus San Francisco
The Bloomington Blazers beat the San Francisco Earthquakes, 7-3, at Arson Arena. The Blazers got a fine performance from first baseman Levi Meeuwenberg, who captured player of the game honors. He went 3-4 with a home run and a double, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. Greg Rojas picked up the save for Bloomington, his 1st of the year. The Blazers, now 4-1, have been on a roll in the early going.

Jack Morris, the three overall pick in the 2030 draft, helped out the Bloomington cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the third baseman went 2-5 with 2 singles.

"We're in a marathon, not a sprint," said Meeuwenberg. "But I like how we're playing right now."
