Beetlecats Topple Lights as Montero Shines
The Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats topped the Phoenix Lights, 8-3, in Cory Lidle League action at UFO Field. The player of the game was Buzzard's Bay left fielder Jesús Montero. The Beetlecats bumped their record to 66-59 with this latest triumph.

The Beetlecats got a big at-bat from center fielder Héctor Orozco. For the game, Orozco went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the fifth, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 2nd home run of the season gave Buzzard's Bay a 3-2 lead.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Orozco. "And not try to do too much."
