Rams Rally For Late Win Over Hackers
Frisco starter Javier Martínez had a strong outing against the Silicon Valley Hackers at Outlander Park. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 5-4 win. Frisco reliever Mark Edwards picked up the win, upping his record to 3-5. Mike Godin took the loss. Callum Butler was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 11 of 13 save opportunities.

Stanton Miller drove in one run for Frisco. The 25-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Mike Godin. It was his 22nd RBI of the season.

"We were the better team today. Maybe that won't be the case next game, but we'll enjoy it for now," Miller told the Frisco Today.

Frisco leads the Cory Lidle League Lou Piniella League by 2½ games.
