Predators Bang Out 7-6 Win Versus DeKalb
The Topeka Predators downed the DeKalb Cornhuskers, 7-6, at The Field at Richmond. Hoo-gwo Qing led the way, going 2-for-4 for Topeka. Andrés Hernández, credited with the save, is now 2 for 2 in save opportunities. The Predators bumped their record to 59-54 with this latest triumph.

Qing had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 2-2 fastball from Mark Smith, he banged a 2-run home run to right-center, giving the Predators a 5-3 lead. It was the 12th home run of the year for Qing.

"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Qing. "And not try to do too much."
