|
Gareth King of the Spokane Bulldogs whitewashed the Madison Beehive 2-0 in a complete-game win, limiting them to 4 hits while chalking up 11 strikeouts and giving up 2 walks.
"He's got the makeup. He's not afraid to challenge guys," Spokane manager Chris Carpenter said to BNN reporters after the game. "Gareth is poised out there. He knows how to pitch and how to use his stuff."
