The Snaps had to overcome a fine performance from DeKalb pitcher Adrián García to grab a 3-1 win at The Corn Crib. García allowed no earned runs over 6 innings. At 39-63, the Snaps find themselves in 5th place in the Bob Moose League Jim Leyland Division.

Had Cecil Dell not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, Dell hit a 2-run double. That made the score 3-1, in favor of the Snaps.
