The Sandy Springs Spartans topped the Youngstown Tune-Ups, 10-2, with youngster Todd Poliskin playing a key role. Poliskin went 3-3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times for the Spartans in the win. Sandy Springs reliever Ryouhei Kondo picked up the win, upping his record to 4-4. Jun Zhou absorbed the loss. Sandy Springs has now won 3 in a row.
