Wright Hits 2 home runs in Wolverines Win
Getting a good performance from left fielder Bob Wright, the Wichita Wolverines defeated the Atlantic City Enforcers, 16-4. Wright was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3 for the Wolverines. Joe Kearns was the winner. Over 7.1 innings, he allowed 4 runs on 8 hits, with 3 walks and 10 strikeouts. Wichita is now riding a 3-game win streak.

Francisco Enriquez had a big 2-run single for the Wolverines in the bottom of the second inning.
