Madison designated hitter Kwan-uk Yi had a 9-RBI performance, which helped his team grab a 10-5 win over the Cincinnati Snaps. Madison reliever Seisaburo Sasaki picked up the win to move to 1-0. Marcos Colón suffered the loss. Even with the win, the Beehive have a dismal 28-60 record.

Yi contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Madison in the bottom of the fifth. With his team trailing 5-3, Yi took a circle change from Marcos Colón and stroked the home run to right-center. His 11th home run of the season allowed the Beehive to leap in front, 6-5.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Yi told the Madison Gazette.
