Beavers Walk Off with Win
|
Portland Beavers starter Rolf Pals was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Rubber City Rhinos, 4-3. Portland is now 19-23.
Roberto Flores was the walk-off hero for Portland. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Beavers second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"I think we all put in a good day's work," said Pals.
