Storm Troopers Win, Lee 4-4
|
San Antonio left fielder Chong-hyeon Lee made his presence felt in the 7-4 Storm Troopers triumph over the Boise Hawks. Lee was 4 for 4 with a home run, a triple, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 4 runs and driving in 2. Steve Becker, credited with the save, is now 1 for 4 in save opportunities. The Storm Troopers bumped their record to 40-39 with this latest triumph.
The Storm Troopers beat the Hawks with some clutch hitting. The single by Jorge García in the top of the fifth is a good example. With two down, García gave his team the lead, 5-4, when he came through with the big hit.
García called the triumph "a good team win."
