Columbus Aces starter David Flecha was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Jacksonville Jacks, 3-2. In 8 innings, Flecha surrendered 7 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 1. He allowed 2 runs. The Aces bumped their record to 21-18 with this latest triumph.
Doug White, who is tied for 7th in the RCL with a .331 batting average, aided the Columbus cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the eighth. For the game, the designated hitter was 1 for 4.
