Frisco and Carson City duked it out at Cowboys Stadium and the Rams came out victorious.

Despite a great performance by Carson City designated hitter Kyung-jin Yun, the Frisco Rams defeated the Mustang by the score of 9-7 at Cowboys Stadium. Yun went 3-5 with a home run and 2 doubles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 4. Carlos Solís, who went 5.1 innings, was the winning pitcher. He was charged with 2 runs on 5 hits, while walking 3 and striking out 4. His record now stands at 1-2. Moos Teunisse, summoned from the bullpen, notched his 10th save.

Kunihiro Shibata's at-bat in the top of the second inning was a big one for Frisco. Coming to bat with one out, runners on 2nd and 3rd and Frisco leading 7-1, the shortstop hit a 2-run single.
