|
San Antonio Storm Troopers starter Kevin Everhart was locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Madison Beehive, 5-2. The second-place Storm Troopers have won 5 straight games.
The Storm Troopers got a big at-bat from right fielder Ricardo Morales. For the game, Morales went 1-4 with a walk. In the bottom of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 6th hit of the season gave San Antonio a 3-2 lead.
"We're stringing together some nice wins," said San Antonio manager Thom Long.
