Dyck Goes Wild, But Shamrocks Win
Atlantic City got a terrific performance from second baseman John Dyck, but it wasn't enough to beat the Pacifica Shamrocks. Pacifica won the Parliament Field contest, 12-8. Dyck was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He went 4-5 with a triple, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 4 runs and drove in 2. Pacifica reliever Leland Bullins was credited with the win, to go to 2-2. Jeremy Jefferson took the loss for Atlantic City. Mudasser Sabzvari nailed down his 6th save.

Felipe Landavazo, who is tied for 10th in the ACL in runs scored with 21, aided the Pacifica cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the seventh. For the game, the shortstop went 2 for 3 with 2 singles and 2 walks, while scoring 3 times.

"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Landavazo.

Pacifica has now won 3 in a row.
