A nice crowd turned out to see the San Antonio Storm Troopers and Wichita Wolverines clash at Howling Park.
The San Antonio Storm Troopers beat the Wichita Wolverines, 10-0, at Howling Park. The Storm Troopers got a fine performance from left fielder Chong-hyeon Lee, who captured player of the game honors. He went 3 for 3 with a triple, 2 singles, and 2 walks. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. Tagashashi Ueda got credit for the win, improving to 2-1. He allowed no runs on 3 hits in 7.2 innings.
Lee had a big at-bat with the bases loaded in the top of the fifth inning, when he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. The Storm Troopers went on to win.
"I'm trying to keep it simple," said Lee. "Just do my job."
The Storm Troopers raised their record to 16-18.
