Garza Dazzles in Pacifica Win
It was a fun time at McCormick Field, where the Marysville Monarchs and Pacifica Shamrocks tangled.

Pacifica right-hander Orlando Garza was sensational in shutting out the Marysville Monarchs, 3-0. Mudasser Sabzvari locked down his 5th save.

Garza made it look effortless. He scattered 3 hits over 7.1 innings, while racking up 10 strikeouts. The Pacifica right-hander encountered little resistance from the Marysville hitters. His season record is now 2-0.

"At the end of the day, it's always about your starting pitcher," said Pacifica skipper Joe Leftwich.

Pacifica, now 21-11, has played well in the early going.
