Wright Stars in Wolverines Win
The Wichita Wolverines topped the San Antonio Storm Troopers, 10-8, with designated hitter Bob Wright playing a big role. Wright went 2-2 with a home run and 2 walks. He drove in 5 runs and scored once for the Wolverines in the win. The Storm Troopers fall to 14-17 and continue their uneasy start to the 2033 season.

Wright contributed a big hit, a grand slam home run, for Wichita in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 1-0, Wright took a sinker from Kevin Everhart and stroked the home run to right. His 4th home run of the season allowed the Wolverines to leap in front, 4-1.

"I'm trying to keep it simple," said Wright. "Just do my job."
