Riverside pitcher Héctor González did his part in helping his team beat the Sandy Springs Spartans, 7-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. González got the win, improving to 3-1. He allowed 6 hits and walked 1 over 7 innings. González allowed 2 earned runs. The win lifts Riverside to a record of 15-14.
