The Sandy Springs Spartans dealt the Riverside Red Bulls a 8-4 loss at The Coliseum. Kieran Alexander was the star on offense. He was 2-4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. Sandy Springs reliever Tom Polk picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Héctor Bello absorbed the loss. The Red Bulls drop to 14-14 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2033 season.

Alexander contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Sandy Springs in the bottom of the first. With his team trailing 2-0, Alexander took a fastball from Héctor Bello and stroked the home run to left. His 8th home run of the season allowed the Spartans to leap in front, 3-2.

"We came out aggressive," said Spartans manager José Parra. "We came out swinging the bats."
