Hackers Best Mustang in Pitching Duel

Silicon Valley and Carson City duked it out at Cowboys Stadium and the Hackers came out victorious.
The Silicon Valley Hackers picked up a win at Cowboys Stadium, knocking off the Carson City Mustang, 1-0. On the mound for Silicon Valley was right-hander Mario Deleón, who played a pivotal role in the win. Deleón, now 3-1, was the winner. In 6 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 5, walking 1, and allowing no earned runs.
John Farley helped his team jump on top from the get-go. His first time up in the top of the first, he cranked a run-scoring single to give Silicon Valley a 1-0 lead.
"I like the roll we're on," said Silicon Valley manager Bob Miller.
The Mustang fall to 10-16 and continue their uninspiring start to the 2033 season.
