Spirited fans at Bloomfield Road greeted the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats for their clash with the Silicon Valley Hackers.

The Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats went down to defeat to Mario Deleón and his Silicon Valley teammates. The final score was 11-0 in favor of the Hackers. The Beetlecats fall to 9-14 and continue to sputter in the early going.

Deleón earned the win to move to 2-1. In his 8.1-inning performance, he scattered 1 hits, striking out 10 and walking 4. The right-hander allowed the Beetlecats few scoring opportunities.

"We'll enjoy this win," said Deleón. "But there's more we hope to accomplish."
