Extra-Inning Win by Lights over Hackers
|
Silicon Valley got a terrific game from center fielder Giichiro Dunn. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Phoenix, 6-4. Dunn was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He went 3-4 with 3 singles and 2 walks, while adding 2 RBI. The Hackers fall to 8-11 and continue their uneasy start to the 2033 season.
Phoenix took a 6-4 lead on Harlan Sanderson's 3rd home run of the season. The 2-run home run came off Silicon Valley pitcher Joe Edwards in the bottom of the tenth.
"There's nothing like the buzz of a walk-off win," Sanderson said.
