Wolverines Walk It Off for 7th Win of Season
Wichita Wolverines starter Charlie Haydon was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Madison Beehive, 3-2. The Wolverines, now 7-3, have hit the ground running this season.

Izo Suzuki was the walk-off hero for Wichita. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Wolverines shortstop hit a dramatic run-scoring double to send the teams home.

"If we keep winning the close games," Suzuki said, "we'll be in good shape at the end."
