The Frisco Rams stopped the Silicon Valley Hackers, 6-4, at Outlander Park. The Rams got a big game from Mark Spencer, who went 2 for 3 with a triple. He drove in 2 runs. Frisco reliever Cameron Sullivan was the winner. His record is now 1-0. Ron Callaghan took the loss. With the win, Frisco pushes its record to 4-5.
Roger Washington aided the Frisco cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the third. For the game, the designated hitter went 1-3 with a double and a walk.
"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Spencer.
