The Rubber City Rhinos picked up a win at The Rubber Grounds, knocking off the Seattle Sasquatch, 10-3. Starting pitcher Bob Ruíz, who captured player of the game honors, was a big reason why. Rubber City has 3 straight wins, Seattle 3 straight losses.
Pedro Pérez hit a 2-run triple off António Navarro in the bottom of the second, which put the Rhinos in front, 2-0. Pérez had 1 walk, in addition to the triple. For the game, he went 1 for 3.
