Black Bears Continue Hot Start to Season With Win
Though the conditions were not ideal, the Fraser Valley Black Bears and Spokane Bulldogs came back from a rain delay to finish their game.

The Fraser Valley Black Bears bested the Spokane Bulldogs by a score of 6-4, with center fielder Justin Nance getting the main credit. On the day, Nance was 4-5 with 2 doubles and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for the Black Bears. Shu-de Tian locked down his 2nd save.

Nance had a game-changing double in the top of the sixth. On a full count fastball from Perry Detrick, he banged a 2-run double to left, giving the Black Bears a 6-4 lead. It was the 2nd double of the year for Nance.
