The Boise Hawks got a good effort from starter Javier Ballina in defeating the Frisco Rams at Basque Block Field. The final score was 5-2. At 4-2, the Hawks have played well so far.

Thom Arnold aided the Boise cause with a 2-run double in the bottom of the third. For the game, the designated hitter was 1-3 with a double. He drove in 2 runs.
