It was a fun time at Top of the Hill, where the Scranton Escape and Bowling Green Racers tangled.
The Bowling Green Racers grabbed a 4-0 win over the Scranton Escape at Top of the Hill. Bowling Green center fielder Tim Beeman went 2-3 with a home run and a walk to earn player of the game honors. Bowling Green reliever Gerardo Garza picked up the win, upping his record to 3-2. Guo-quiang Zhào shouldered the loss.
Beeman had a big at-bat with the bases empty in the bottom of the fourth inning, when he hit a solo home run. The Racers went on to win.
Beeman attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
