Indian Wells rode a good effort from starter John Faivre to beat the Fort Worth Cats at Stars Field. The final score was 3-0. The Aeropostales bumped their record to 78-73 with this latest triumph.

Pat Pittman, who is tied for 7th in the NAL in runs scored with 86, aided the Indian Wells cause with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the right fielder was 1-3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Faivre told the Indian Wells Daily News.
