Pasadena catcher Won-sub Pak was sensational. He went 4 for 4 with a home run and 3 singles. He scored 2 runs, but it wasn't enough to rally his team to a win. Reno beat the Bumblebees, 6-3. Pak was named the player of the game despite the loss. Mei-shan Huang earned his 16th save in 17 chances. Reno currently is in 4th place in the Darryl Kile League Joe Torre Division at 74-76.

Iván Morales, who is tied for 3rd in the DKL in stolen bases with 50, helped out the Reno cause in the top of the eighth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the center fielder was 1 for 4 with a walk.

"I really like what we did out there today," Morales said after the game.
