It was a good time at Bronx Ballpark, where fans came to watch the Fort Worth Cats and Bronx Bombers get after it.

Bronx beat Fort Worth on the strength of starter Trey Robinson's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a 10-3 win. Bronx goes to 80-60, Fort Worth to 72-68.

The Bombers had to work out of trouble in the top of the ninth. The score was 10-3, Bronx, with one out. Fort Worth, with the bases loaded, was mounting a threat. Haruki Yoshino dug in at the plate, but on a first pitch fastball, he hit into a double play.
