Aeropostales Bang Out 6-3 Win Versus Scranton
|
Indian Wells and Scranton duked it out at Hell Stadium and the Aeropostales came out victorious.
Bernardo Rodríguez was instrumental in his team's 6-3 triumph over the Scranton Escape. The third baseman was 3-5 with 3 singles, while scoring 2 times for the Indian Wells Aeropostales. Kevin Spurr was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 37 of 44 save opportunities.
Hidehira Ohayashi aided the Indian Wells cause with a run-scoring double in the top of the fourth. For the game, the catcher went 2-5 with a double.
"It feels good to get this one," Rodríguez told the Indian Wells Daily News.
The Aeropostales bumped their record to 69-66 with this latest triumph.
