Rhinos Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Blazers

Rubber City and Bloomington duked it out at Arson Arena and the Rhinos came out victorious.
Rubber City right-hander Sigfrid Arnim made an effective start against the Bloomington Blazers at Arson Arena, leading his team to a 5-3 win. Shinzo Sasaki earned the save for Rubber City, his 10th.
Pedro Martínez went 1 for 3 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once for Rubber City. The 27-year old designated hitter had a key at-bat in the top of the eighth. With one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 3-3 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Davis Marés. It was his 25th RBI of the season.
"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Martínez said after the game.
Rubber City, now 19-11, has gotten their season off to a good start.
