Mustangs Walk Off with Win
The Billings Mustangs beat the Calgary Kodiaks, 7-6, at Cobb Field. The win was largely due to the efforts of shortstop Vern Carroll, who captured player of the game honors. He went 2-3 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The win puts the Mustangs at 57-64, while the Kodiaks drop to 52-65.

Moo-hyun Boone chipped in for Billings with a solo home run in the bottom of the 11th. For the game, the catcher had 2 hits in 6 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 1 RBI.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Boone told the Billings Herald.
