The Banditos had to overcome a fine performance from Silver Lake pitcher Jesús Díaz to grab a 4-3 win at Underdogs Ballpark. Díaz allowed 3 earned runs over 9 innings. The winner was Acapulco reliever Aubert Licci, now 5-2. The loser was Cyprien Bataille. The win puts the Banditos at 49-68, while the Baristas drop to 55-60.

The Banditos got a big at-bat from left fielder Tomiji Kohara. For the game, Kohara went 1 for 5. In the bottom of the tenth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 89th hit of the season gave Acapulco a 4-3 lead.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Kohara.
