Astoria and Peoria duked it out at Excavatar Park and the Argonauts came out victorious.

Peoria got a terrific game from third baseman Francis Barlow. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Astoria, 5-3. Barlow was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He was 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 2. The winner was Astoria reliever Jordan Gradilla, now 1-3. The loser was Morihiro Hashimoto. Guo Sang earned his 5th save in 5 chances.

The Argonauts got a big at-bat from second baseman Kieran Alexander. For the game, Alexander was 1 for 4. He drove in 2 runs. In the top of the sixth, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run single. His 22nd hit of the season gave Astoria a 5-3 lead.
