Albuquerque got a terrific game from left fielder Donald Stevens. It wasn't enough, though, to prevent the team from falling to Indian Wells, 10-8. Stevens was the player of the game despite being on the losing side. He was 4-5 with a double and 3 singles, while scoring 3 times. The Aeropostales go to 58-59, putting them third in the Nick Adenhart League Bobby Cox Division.

Pat Pittman, who is tied for 5th in the NAL in hits with 138, aided the Indian Wells cause with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the right fielder went 1 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once.

"This game had a little bit of everything," said Pittman.
