Benefiting from an exceptional performance from Andreas Ryan, the Acapulco Banditos defeated the Scranton Escape, 11-5. Ryan hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice for the Banditos. The winner was Dani López, who threw 99 pitches over 6.1 innings. The right-hander was charged with 5 runs on 10 hits. With the win, Acapulco goes to 47-65, while the Escape fall to 45-68.

Kai Jolliffe's at-bat in the top of the sixth inning was a big one for Acapulco. Coming to bat with one out, runners on 1st and 2nd and Acapulco leading 3-2, the third baseman hit a run-scoring single.

"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Ryan told the Acapulco Daily News.
