Billings right fielder Carlos Hernández had a 5-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Bronx Bombers, 11-8. Billings reliever Kevin Labbee was the winner. His record is now 4-3. Ewan Pethick took the loss. Billings now sits in 4th place in the Darryl Kile League Cito Gaston League at 54-58.

The Mustangs got a big at-bat from catcher Barry Ross. For the game, Ross went 1 for 5 with a home run, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the ninth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 18th home run of the season gave Billings a 11-8 lead.

"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Ross.
