Aeropostales Bang Out 7-3 Win Versus Acapulco
|
The Indian Wells Aeropostales picked up a win at Underdogs Ballpark, knocking off the Acapulco Banditos, 7-3. Starting pitcher Dave Bartlett was an essential part of his team's success. Bartlett got the win, improving to 2-1. He allowed 7 hits and walked 2 over 6.1 innings. Bartlett allowed no earned runs. At 52-56, the Aeropostales find themselves in 4th place in the Nick Adenhart League Bobby Cox Division.
Frank Lewis helped out the Indian Wells cause in the top of the fifth inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the first baseman was 1 for 3 with a double and 2 walks, while adding 4 RBI.
