The Fort Worth Cats defeated the Bowling Green Racers, 3-2, in Nick Adenhart League action at LaGrave Field, with Fort Worth pitcher He-ping Wang named player of the game. Fort Worth, now 51-53, holds third place in the Nick Adenhart League Bobby Cox Division.

The Cats got a big at-bat from center fielder Pablo Moreno. For the game, Moreno went 1-3 with a double, while adding 2 RBI. In the bottom of the third, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 3rd double of the season gave Fort Worth a 3-1 lead.

"It was a solid team effort," said Moreno after the game.
