It was a fun time at House of Pain, where the Minneapolis Freeze and Reno Raiders tangled.

Reno right-hander Gerardo Estrada made an effective start against the Minneapolis Freeze at House of Pain, leading his team to a 7-2 win. Estrada got the win, improving to 3-3. He allowed 6 hits and walked 7 over 7 innings. Estrada allowed 2 earned runs.

A defensive lapse proved costly in the contest. In the bottom of the fifth, with the game tied, Ramón Dolit was at the plate when Reno scored 2 on an error. The miscue enabled the Raiders to go in front, 3-1.

"Winning is contagious," said Estrada. "We're looking forward to the next game."

The Raiders bumped their record to 50-45 with this latest triumph.
